Due to the perishable nature of food items, all organic gift boxes and hampers are non-refundable once dispatched.If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.Items shown are for illustrative purposes only. Where necessary, products may be substituted with similar organic alternatives of equal or greater value, which does not qualify for a refund.Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.
